Who We Are

We're not an accounting firm that added "construction" to a list of industries we serve. We built this company for one industry, on purpose.

Most bookkeepers are generalists. They'll do your books the same way they'd do a dentist's, a boutique's, a restaurant's. Same categories, same reports, same generic P&L that tells you nothing about whether your actual jobs made money.

We don't do that. Every client we take on is a contractor. That's it. That's the whole business.

You don't need someone who's "pretty good with QuickBooks." You need someone who understands retainage, progress billing, and why job costing is the difference between a business that looks profitable and one that actually is.

What We Do Differently

Here's the truth nobody tells you: most bookkeepers can't tell you which of your jobs made money.

They can tell you what you spent. They can tell you what you made. What they can't do is connect the two, job by job, so you know if that last roof you did actually paid or if you lost money on it and just didn't notice yet.

We do three things differently:

  1. We report by job, not just by month. You'll know profitability project by project — not just a lump sum at the end of the year.

  2. We understand construction billing. Progress billing, retainage, subcontractor 1099s — the stuff that breaks generic bookkeeping software gets handled correctly, every time.

  3. We deliver on a schedule, not "eventually." You get your numbers monthly. Not when you remember to ask. Not three months late. Monthly.

Most firms sell you bookkeeping. We sell you the ability to know, with certainty, whether your business is making money — job by job, month by month.

Our Promise

You will never have to wonder what your numbers mean.

You will never look at a financial statement and feel more confused than when you started.

You will never find out a job lost money six months after it's too late to fix it.

If your books are clean, your job costing is accurate, and your reports are on time — every month, without exception — we've done our job. That's the standard. Not "good enough." Not "better than before." That standard, every single month.

That's the deal.
